Star-chasing
is a prominent phenomenon in East
Asia,
and the Tourism Bureau is keen
to take advantage of this,
hiring pop idols like the boy
band F4 to endorse traveling to
Taiwan.
In the past two years, more than
150 thousand F4 fans,
their friends and families have
come to Taiwan,
spending more than 400 million
NT dollars during their holiday
here.
Encouraged by these results,
the Tourism Bureau has decided
to continue this marketing policy.

We hope that F4 is our answer
to Korea's Bae Yong-joon.
According
to Tourism Bureau research,
F4 star allure has attracted more
than 150,000 visitors from Japan
and Korea over the past two years,
and the tourists happily parted
with more than NT$400 million
